Are you available to present on either Saturday the 20th or Sunday the 21st, or only one of those days?
50 mins is the standard length. (30 mins to talk & 20 mins for discussion) Does this work for you or will you need more/less time? We will do our best to accommodate.
How would you prefer the space to be arranged? For instance, a more formal-style presentation, with rows of chairs for the audience? A more informal-style, with a circle of chairs? A semi-circle around a table? Would you prefer to be in the workshop room or outside in the grass (weather depending)?

Please note if you require the projector you will be responsible for bringing your own laptop to use and setting it up yourself. If you require a microphone, you will need to provide your own.
